The way to attain this schematic seems to be broken for the horde, I have attempted to get this schematic multiple times on my max level engineer and the machine still doesnt teach me it, and when i contacted support about the issue they just pointed me to wowhead or typed out how to get it, even though I explained that i took those exact steps each time I went in there, would love to see a fix to this

I saw this issue raised on the ATT Discord and would love some clarity on it
so when i use the machine, it says yellow punch card detected, access granted
gives me the option to use engineering to access hidden schematics
i click that and it gives me an option to “access: minor recombobulator”
i click that and it says “data access granted. have a nice day!”
but nothing happens and i dont get the recipe learned
have raised a ticket as well like the OP did but was told to go to wowhead which is rather insulting
