Apparently still bugged, I’ve looted every everything with no yield of the quest item. I’m gonna go play Diablo Immortal instead xD
Feels like i’ve looted about 20 of these debris, and 80% of them contain nothing in them, while only a few contain junk items for selling. Nearest I can tell, i’ve cleared out the zone of these debris, and no quest item.
I got the same result as Celestica. I believe I have looted all of the debris and it failed to provide the quest item. I watched someone complete the quest in a video. The map helper tool points to that place where the person found the quest item. However, when I looted that chest, it failed to provide the item and the debris is no longer there. So, I am stuck with a quest I cannot complete.
Its working, I just did it. Very low drop rate is all. Also look under water.
I just relogged, abandon the quest and tried again and after my 4th debris I found it. Hope this helps.
