I hope one day Scarlet Monastery becomes a big raid, like Karazhan. So many memories made since BC with dungeon runs, Headless Horseman attempts, and world PvP. The lore behind it is intriguing and it’s an in-game historical site.

I’m kind of surprised that it isn’t a mega dungeon at the very least. But a Raid? I can’t imagine what the Scarlet Crusade has been up to that they found something so powerful that it threatens Azeroth somehow and warrant a Raid.

Kara was actually a small raid, only 10 people.
There isn’t much left of the Scarlet Crusade. I don’t see how from a story perspective we would go back.
A revival, like the Empire does every 18 years or so.

Bruh, Blizzard just literally invented a new faction that is somehow holding ground against the Alliance and Horde that has secretly existed on Azeroth for who knows how many years. If the Primalists can exist, the Scarlet Brotherhood can rise.

Pretty sure like all the scarlet crusade are undead/hollowed out mindless subjugate pawns of the legion now.
I imagine it wouldn’t be impossible. Just add a NPC or object to take you back at the start and traverse to the next wing all in one zone. Or a shortcut. I can’t imagine how the dungeon layout really is in real space of WoW when comparing to another, since…you know, they didn’t do real-sized dungeons until WoD (To a degree)

The Scarlet Brotherhood have been spreading propaganda and have a secret Menethil heir, allegedly a son of Talia. In the aftermath of the fourth war many survivors may hold a grudge about making peace with the Horde and join the Brotherhood.
Yo, I want to play that version. I don’t think they’ll ever change the existing Scarlet Monastery to this, and to be honest I wouldn’t want them to, but I would love if this concept of all of the areas we know and love were combined into a single dungeon. A hound era, a library, a cathedral area, the torture chambers, all of the stuff we expect in one dungeon.

We’re currently doing a dragon expansion so a mega-dungeon Sunken Temple could make a lot of sense given the Green Dragon influence. Especially since we can’t break our streak of troll dungeons in each expansion, and this would give us a troll dungeon.
I would unhinge my jaw and use it to clean up dog waste at a public park for just one run through the classic untampered-with version of the Sunken Temple.
Have it in 4 separate wing raid like Naxxramas was with a key drop at the end of each wing. The SC allied with some of the Light members controlling another territory such as Stratholme; with Eastern Plaguelands being a world battleground to determine who controls and gets to raid, like Wintergrasp was. I’m not good at story telling ideas or a lot of the lore, but it’s the nostalgia of being back in Eastern Kingdoms.
