this is still bugged as of 2 pm August 31. We all paid good money for this and sitting here banging our heads on the desk trying to figure out what we are doing wrong and WE ARE NOT DOING IT WRONG. do better Blizz

This is still bugged for me - and is also the last quest I need for loremaster.

I’ve tired it one 3 different toons so far - and one toon even did the entire leading up quests with no addons on <.<

This is frustrating.

Still broken, though now I can’t see all the dirt piles. As usual, tried doing it mounted and unmounted, accepting and dropping the quest, no addons, etc. Still broken.

Fresh Install on my work laptop that has never had any game installed on it EVER.
No mods just straight log in.
Took my lvl 70 monk and got the quest chain.
What do you know!!!

Still bugged as of today, doesn’t even show the mounds for me anymore…last quest chain i need for my SJ achievement too

i sat in the area for about 20 min after walking and the soil finally showed up. not sure if it will for yall but figured i would post here and say because this quest chain was the only one i needed for the loremaster quests of khazalgar and got it done…

I DISCOVERED A POTENTIAL FIX!

Step 1: Disable bug buff “Truffle Digging with Titannirum”
Step 2: Go back for get bug buff. Stayed on ground and walked/mounted back to the quest locations and the soil was there.

Took a couple of tries. I think the game bugs if you fly.

Worked for me too - in fact, after turning in the quests and getting the achievement, it popped up as a world quest and I could do it for that as well.

Can confirm!!! Scarab Scouting IS working now!! Just got my “Loremaster of Khaz Algar” and “Sojourner of Azj-Kahet” achievements!! Thanks for your work Blizzard!! :+1: :grin:
