Scarab Lord is arguably the most prestigious achievement for WoW. It shouldn’t be easily attainable without effort put in. Grinds like this are not bad for the game.

This is way more detailed than my previous post, but I agree.
They should’ve AT LEAST made the quest doable by everyone together so it’s not just farming for someone else’s mount.
Yes it’s easier but like you said, it’s SoD and supposed to be casual friendly. My guild has a ton of scarab lords already but our raid group decided we weren’t going to have one. We’re just too casual. That being said, we go in and do mythic bwl in 45 minutes and we’re all “good” at least players. There’s no skill required just a boring grind that we didn’t want to do.
Oh well.

Lol… who cares? I do BWL on my alt and the entire guild has green/gray parses, but guess what?! We have a great time doing it still and we don’t care. We still do the raid because it’s EASY - three chests on black etc. ITS EASY. Who cares if we don’t bring full buffs and world buffs. YOU DONT NEED THEM TO DO THE RAID. It’s a stupid point and frankly toxic.
My main has basically all 99s in BWL and I still agree with OP because honestly the bug grind is STUPID and no one really enjoys doing it. It’s kind of obvious but there are always people that are going to disagree on every post that comes to the forums because they’re sad trolls with nothing better to do. 
You guys are still incapable of understanding that the grind for scarab lord is SUPPOSED to be STUPID. It’s a RARE mount. Not EVERYONE is SUPPOSED to GET the MOUNT.
