Scan & Repair Loop

My battle.net game launcher has entered a perpetual scan & repair loop. I took the advice provided via a feedback auto-response and deleted my program data folder to no avail. I then restarted my PC, and when i opened the launcher it began the same scan & repair loop from before coming to 100% only to restart over and over.

i then uninstalled both retail and WOTLK as one of the blizz suggestions said.

I will try to reinstall, however if that doesn’t work i will need direct assistance from blizzard or i will have to unsub simply because i cannot play your client lol.

Please help.

Are you on a Mac? I’m experience same issue.

Reinstalled game. Issue resolved for me.

Ive uninstalled and re-installed about 5 times, keep getting issue BLZBNTAGT00000BB8 which ive done all the trouble shooting steps for that and im still getting stuck in the scan and repair loop.

Delete your entire WoW folder and try. I did this and it worked. I hope it works for you too. This was frustrating lol.

deleted the 85gb folder and redownloaded everything… That worked. Thanks !

If reinstalling from scratch does not work then I would get to a command prompt and
type in SFC /SCANNOW

It will find and repair any issues with the operating system
