Please scale all npc with player levels in all world so players are not just forced to only play latest expansion if they want to enjoy or relive older content.
Do that and there will be an exodus of players leaving Warcraft permanently.
Scaling zones and expansions prior to the latest will totally ruin the game in that many players (yes, many, out of 100+ million active accounts world wide) most enjoy doing things on their own, such as farming older transmog gear. You scale up older content just so you have to fight in groups to survive to have a random chance at winning a piece of gear you planned to sell or use yourself and you just incited a fight with your fellow players who will abandon you or will have never never joined you because they felt it is not worth their time.
Bad idea and I would delete my account after 15 years of playing WoW if Blizzard ever did such a foolish and inconsiderate thing. I am already on the fence about continuing if TWW forces scaling in DF further as I want to solo xmogs there once I hit max level from TWW. If the devs scale up DF to TWW stats, why am I wasting my time playing this game then?
Really bad idea, scaling in games like Neverwinter killed the desire to play it as even entry level dungeons and zones that required groups to survive encounters were abandoned as the player’s level went up. If I can’t get older transmog items by “one-shotting” mobs and bosses from content 15 years ago then good bye Warcraft.
Level scaling was one thing that made Final Fantasy 8 so controversial, and has no place in this game.
