Shadow bolt and demonbolt are both still not consistently generating soul shards when first engaging targets.
This bug has been around for years, please, for the love of god, fix it. Y’all always so quick to bug fix the stuff that randomly benefits us, how about fixing something that’s actively been a blight on the spec.
