it has caused huge engagement in game. Everyone is scrambling to grind these achievements. It’s almost like a social experiment where the devs are proving a point that they know what we want.
I’m sure it also proves to players the roughly three million subscription difference from Shadowlands to Dragonflight. I wasn’t there for the original Back from the Beyond, but I’m sure it wasn’t as busy as A World Awoken.
I mean… that’s what meta achievements are all about? It’s why we asked for the SL one to never be removed in the first place: let people work towards stuff during lulls in the expansion.

I think this is fairly exceptional as it’s for Clifford the Bakar. Unsurprising it has high engagement.
