I searched and cannot find an answer anywhere so i thought i’d ask here.
-Can I save current catalyst charges for season 2 that I gained in season 1? I have 1 or 2 left over and do not particularly need them, however I can use them for a couple preferable secondary stats…

I think it’s a safe bet that S1 charges will only work on S1 gear to create S1 gear, possibly with charges removed entirely. We’ll probably end up with a new catalyst in a patch-relevant spot for S2.
Blizzard has never played ball with the “build a pool of resources to buy ~5 powerful new items on day 1” idea, hence the usual valor/conquest resets.
thank you so much, i don’t have experience with past catalysts so this really helps, i totally missed Shadowlands so I am not familiar.
its a very new system to everyone as it but its probably a safebet the charges wont roll into s2
