I killed Malygos on 25/Heroic ONE TIME. It now says I killed the boss on BOTH heroic 25 AND normal 10 man. This happened in all raids I ran last week as well. How can I farm for mounts on your new Collector’s Bounty if I can only access half the raids?

I can see that you Killed Malygos on 25 Heroic, however, you also got saved for the other difficulties. After taking a closer look, we couldn’t find any existing bug reports related to this issue. Since Game Masters don’t have the tools to fix in-game bugs directly, the best way to bring this to the right team’s attention is by submitting a bug report.

Any raid released before Siege of Org in MoP get one run a week regardless of difficulty. So killing him on Heroic 25 man locked you to that for that week.
Anything after Siege you can run on all difficulty.
So why did it happen in Legion raids as well last week? Also, why didn’t the BLIZZ GM say that?
What? There’s no way you ran a Legion raid on one difficulty and got saved to them all. Absolutely, positively no way.
To be clear, Wrath raids used to have split 10- and 25-man lockouts and both could be run each week. This changed either in the Ulduar timewalking update or Firelands timewalking update, where they all now work like Cata raids in that you can only run one size format (10 or 25) with the exception of Firelands which still allows Normal and Heroic.

After leaving the instance did you change the difficulty and hit the Reset All Instances option? Otherwise yeah, something else was going on and you were missing something because you can run LFR - Mythic on all legion raids.
The GM won’t tell you because it’s likely classified as a game hint and they can’t talk about that stuff.
