Completed the required tasks. 1000/1000. Went to open the traders post chest, no turtle mount, only 100 trading tenders.
Same issue here, mount should appear when the cache box is opened

I am having the same issue. I finished the required monthly tasks, but only received trading tenders and no mount.
Same thing for me. My traveler’s log says all tasks have been completed, but no Savage Green War Turtle in my mount collection or in my traveler’s cache.
