Given that his son was turned into the deathbringer by Arthas, it would be pretty insulting to turn Saurfang into a DK.
Do you really think us DK’s care about who we insult? Look what we did in Legion.
We could even have a DK Warchief.

The Ebonblade already has one Orc Hero in Nazgrim.
Could always add another to our ranks.
