Welcome! We are Sauce, a CE guild located on Mal’Ganis (Horde), home to a solid core of competent raiders who strive to achieve more. We want to keep up getting CE and want players who want to be part of a long standing community outside of raiding.
At this time we are looking for any strong ranged classes, in order of need, Warlock/Elemental Shaman/Boomkin/Hunter/Mage, and any exceptional players. Ideally players who are at least cleared 6/10M Castle Nathria and/or previous CE experience.
Sauce formed in 2005 and have enjoyed success in every facet of the game. The same GM who created the guild still runs the guild to this day. We run a highly analytical raid, using Logs, Weak Auras, and mods to streamline raiding where each pull is done efficiently. As a guild, we enjoy a wide variety of content together such as PvP, Mythic keys, Achievement runs and so on but the goal is always Cutting Edge each tier. Shadowlands will be no different.
What we look for in prospects
- Availability for raid Tues, Weds, and Thurs 8:15PM to 11PM (EST). We require all raiding members to be online for the duration of raid regardless of position.
- Competitive parses in the last 2 tiers of content (or two most recent tiers if you’re a returning player).
- A working familiarity with mandatory add-ons and raid tools like WeakAuras, ERT and Warcraft Logs.
- Individual log review outside of raid times and a discussion with your class lead on planned/implemented changes for the next raid reset or as needed
- Participation in weekly raid prep and character gearing including weekly Mythic+ runs and rep grinds. (We strongly encourage these activities to be done in guild groups.)
- FULL preparedness for raid! This means pots, flasks, food and correct gear set(s) fully repaired, zoned in and ready to pull at 8:30EST.
- A good raiding personality. We don’t care how good you are, if you are toxic, you will not find a home here.
