Strazsa is an Alliance guild based on the server Stormrage that is currently recruiting for its new weekend morning raid team Envoy. Envoy is a new team created by friends that transferred over from the horde for a change of pace that is looking to create a home for 8.3 and beyond.
Culture: Envoy believes in trying to keep a laid back fun atmosphere during and outside of raid well also being a progression minded raid team. We are a Team based team meaning we put the team first. Being competitive is encouraged but we will not tolerate elitism. Here at Envoy we believe in helping to bring our lower end up and helping them become better players, that being said we will sit people if they are stopping the team as a whole from progressing.
Goals: The Goal of Envoy is to get AotC every tier in a decent time frame, aswell as dabbling in mythic content well still maintaining our raid atmosphere and culture.
Expectations: We expect all raiders to come to raid prepared (pots,food,flasks(Envoy generally provides cauldrons) and having researched the fights). We also expect all members to maintain an acceptable attendance(its hard to raid if people arnt there). And last but not least we expect people to constantly try to improve. The leadership of the team does go threw logs and we try to help people improve in areas they are struggling.
