it is called a choice - you don’t have to do that, your alts can earn them themselves.

Compared to what? When was the last time there was a 1 to 1 conversion for sending end-game power progression materials like this to alts?

Well you could always do something radical, like playing the other character. This is their way of allowing us to transfer them without making not playing that character the best method.

those also didn’t convert 1:1, it was 300 to send 250 to an alt

Well this is awkard… you kinda validated the conversion… quick edit! EDIT BEFORE THEY SEE!
Which was arguably more egregious since it put you on really weird breakpoints and is also a “useless” currency to have extra of. The Primal Chaos is at least always a “nice number” and since you get to pick and choose your 5 pieces you typically have little waste. Yes, you have a bunch extra if you only craft say a neck, but that can at least go towards a belt or some wrists or a main stat gem.
