How many of these do I need to buy in order to get fully repped with wrathion / sabellion for getting to True friend?

From Wowhead comments…

for rapid turn in on quartermaster without having an addon or WA:

  1. Go to WoW Options, toggle on interact with keybind and bind a key to said function.
  2. Now get close to quatermaster,
  3. Hit your interaction keybind and position cursor on chat dialog for turning in Sargha’s Signet, do a left click.
  4. from here (without moving cursor away) you can hit 1x interaction keybind then 1x left click on repeat.
