Demons are a natural part of the Warcraft Universe. They are the cosmic beings of disorder, which is an integral and necessary part of this cosmology.
And as beings of disorder, they are supposed to go BLORGHABLORGHABLORGHA doing whatever they want, whenever they want, for whatever reason they want or even no reason at all.
Instead, there they are: Marching in unison and working for an unified purpose because a Titan said so.
A Titan. A god of Order.
People say Sargeras was corrupted, when in reality Sargeras corrupted the Demons. These natural beings of disorder were infected with a degree of order that should not be part of their being.
More like pantheon, and not all of them are of Order. One is of Life, her looks gives her away. They were all reprogrammed to be of Order by the first pantheon, Aman’Thul. It is not really far fetched idea for there being Pantheon of Fel , and the premise of chaos and anti-order having hierarchy in form of pantheons. May be one could say Sargeras fell to fel corruption so in a way he is the Pantheon Of Fel , but that’s semantics.
A pantheon is a collection of gods. Sargeras is just one god, not many.
The Titans are the Pantheon of Order. Some gods, like Eonar and the Winter Queen (from the Pantheon of Death), kinda mix with other cosmic forces because their role is to interact with that force. So the Winter Queen is “lifey” because her role is to maintain the “death” side of the cycle of Life and Death, with her sister Elune on the other side. (I wonder if Elune looks deathy ). Eonar is the same. She is “lifey”, because her role in the Pantheon of Order is to be the interface between Order and Life.
I also don’t know if Disorder has a Pantheon. You would think all cosmic forces should have one, but the point of gods is to govern over their power, and I feel like disorder shouldn’t have any government by definition lol
There is a book called " The Legend of Elun’Ahir" where Eonar planted the first world tree, and Aman’thul got pissed. Maybe Eonar is of Life and not Order, and was following her original programming and may be that’s why Aman’thul was pissed.
