I thought the Jailer was some janitor fired from the titans and thus seeking out revenge. However looking back at this game’s lore and all. I can say The Burning Legion and Jailer were doing some subtle activities together under everybody nose. Sargeras wanted the old gods to die so he told Kil’Jaden get a rid of Ner’zhul creating the Lich King which powers is borrowed from the Maw. Azeroth became the next invasion target because of the old gods and also finding a vessel for the Lich King.
The vessel was found thanks to the help of a Burning Legion member named Mal’Ganis who manipulated a paladin named Arthas to become the Lich King. Once that happened The Jailer and Sargeras did a bro fist knowing their plans were going perfectly well. Technically us players had to fight not only The Burning Legion, but another army from Maldraxxus. However once Arthas got defeated The Jailer had no way to contact Sargeras since he left to do other stuff in space. However thanks to a undead revengeful high elf named Sylvanas who felled on a saronite spike killing her self only to be resurrected again.
The Jailer was able to make a new friend to contact that day. Sargeras haven’t heard from The Jailer for awhile only to find out Arthas was beaten. Sargeras sends out his army to Azeroth only to find out he’s been replaced like Nathanos and then taken to Titan jail because the invasion failed. The Jailer wasn’t aware Sargeras took the replacement thing very hard until Sylvanas told him he put a sword inside Azeroth. However other than that were Sargeras and Jailer partners in crime?
Did their plans just happened to work well together not knowing each other or Jailer knew the whole time and Sylvanas and Lich King just happened to boost his plans even further?

I think the Jailer knew of Sargeras and is a higher being than him.
I think there seems to be a plan happening that Sargeras didn’t know of but the Jailer knew very well.
This entity is new for US, so it’s tough to see where it’s all happening from.

This leads me to believe the Jailer had something to do with Ner’zhul and had connection with someone from Maldraxxus. Knowing Maldraxxus storyline I have a feeling who might be responsible as well. This also makes me believe Mal’Ganis was playing double agent supporting the Jailer and pushing Kil’Jaden to do this Lich King plan.
Yup, there seems to be a huge thing in action that the higher being known as ‘The Jailer’ (Donno his real name or form) is very much in control of it seems.
Partners in crime similar to that awful hedgehog and his accomplice, that horrible fox.
The Jailer likely sent out the Nathrazeim to drive Sargeras insane and begin destroying life and the Titans.
There’s still a lot more to learn, but bottom line, I don’t think the Jailer and Sargeras were working together, nor is the Jailer a Titan. He’s stronger in fact. It seems more to me that the Jailer just baited Sargeras into his galaxy-wide conquest.
Wasn’t the old gods driving Sargeras insane because of the nonstop voices in his head? Nathrazeim might be one of the few races that can connect with the Shadowlands hence how they can do their type of power.
Well, the whole lore reveal that’s going on right now is that Nathrazeim originated from the Shadowlands. There’s numerous references in Revendreth to it as well.
Also, no. The people who freaked Sargeras out in the first place were Nathrazeim telling Sargeras that the void would consume everything.

More likely The Dreadlords manipulated Sargeras. Because spoilers below;
Summary
In Revendreth at The Spire of The Unseen Guest, you find a book which is written by presumably a Dreadlord detailing the manipulation of all the cosmic forces to his master.
Nathrezim in The Dreadlords language means “The Unseen Guest.” The book is 100% tied to Dreadlords now.

Ner’zhul was being manipulated by both the Void Old Gods and Sargeras.
This lore while having its crazy moments that wouldn’t make sense is quite fascinating to learn more about.

Draenor had no Old Gods and Sargeras wasn’t involved. It was Kil’jaeden that both used him to turn the orcs on the draenei and eventually turned him into the Lich King.
No one knows what the Void Lords exactly want aside from Blizzard and all they said was that they aren’t happy we killed their Old Gods.
The Old Gods of the Black Empire were content to create a Black Empire and leave the World Soul alone until BfA (and we don’t know if N’Zoth was after the World Soul or just the Chamber of Heart’s access to the Forge of Origination).
The Old Gods corrupted one World Soul that Sargeras ended up killing but the Nathrezim were on that World as well and probably instigated it while traumatizing the World Soul with Dread(which Sargeras noticed).
The only Void Lord that seems interested in devouring all existence is Dimensius the All-Devouring.
The other Void Lords as well as the Void Gods just seem hungering to stay in the Mortal Plane of Existence aside from Decimatus who seems similar to Dimensius and Xan Lord of Glass who wanted just 1 Soul corrupted/consumed by the Void.
