Sapphire Nitro+ RX 5700 XT: Best card for its value

Sapphire does it again

Best card for the RX 5700 XT and can literally trade blows with a RX 2070 Super for $100+ less :grinning:

And best of all, can compete at 4k due to their exclusive software

https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/cpgl9s/so_apparently_sapphire_trixx_boost_has_a/

And that’s not even their best card, RX 5700 XT Toxic is supposed to be their best coming sometime soon and it’s watercooled

Good to know my 1080ti is still relevant

Oh great, the neighborhood shill is back. Just as I was beginning to enjoy the noticeable lack of r/Amd propaganda posts and emojis.

I know what mean, dealing with all the uneducated people on this forums who can’t read graphs proving their expensive Intel CPUs are getting trounced by something 1/2 as cheap.

How did you edit that post twice and still have grammatical errors?

The best part of using AMD CPUs and GPUs is that in the winter time, you can put the computer on the floor, take off the glass panels and use it as a space heater.

More dribble from uneducated trolls. Now let’s look at the truth:

CPU:

3700X -> 90.26 Watts
9900K -> 168.48 Watts

GPU:

Furmark power virus
5700 -> 231 Watts
2060 -> 247 Watts

You trolls need better shill material.

My 9900K is running at 40C right now on a stock POS HSF from a 9400F. A 3900X will run at like 60C just on the prism cooler. Give yourself a break bro, you’re stupid AF

Interesting… from your last thread.

Your 9900K is running at 3.6Ghz per our last thread. ROFLcopter. You trolls are are desperate.

Anandtech benchmark is there for your viewing and so is your admission of underclocking your 9900K! Nice try at trolling though.

9900k isn’t hot, they say so! Might as well ignore reviews about it :thinking:

But of course a 9900k can be on a cheap stock cooler, you aren’t letting it do it’s advertising speeds! The 3900x is doing advertised speeds on the prism.

Next thing you know is they put a cheap lasko fan from Walmart, use direct air cooling without a heatsink instead, clock it to 1 GHz at 0.025 volts or something and call it a success :grinning:

Sad part is these trolls do 0 research. A 9900K is only going to perform well with a high end cooler, high end mobo and a violation of power supply consumption.

People unknowingly buy cheap crap expecting the 9900K to work magic on it’s own. Of course then they’ll blame Intel for their own lack of research.

This person is so stupid it’s utterly shocking. No wonder they buy garbage from companies that collaborate with China.

Well i already got a better card which has been prety valuable so far, the GTX 1080 Ti.

Why are you comparing the 3700x to the 9900k? At least use the 3900x, which is the direct competitor to the 9900k

https://images.anandtech.com/graphs/graph14605/111362.png

3700x -> 8 core / 16 thread -> 90.26 Watts
9900K -> 8 core / 16 thread -> 168.48 Watts
3900x -> 12 core / 24 thread - > 142.09

No matter how you cut it, people claiming the 9900K has better thermals than either chip are making up stories.
