Rogues need to be able to ninja bases sap 7 seconds and blind 8 seconds like it was for several years, druids cylone still works but rogues are good for nothing but sitting bases now, bring back the SapCap Blizzard

Not to mention we can fully open up on any other melee and die in one stunlock because their self-heals are so insane.

sap evasion / cloak => smoke it’s gg almost every time
