Happened to me just now. What’s the purpose of these bug reports if Blizzard isn’t going to respond? It’s obnoxious. There’s no indication that this has even been read by anyone relevant.

Ran this twice now still doing the same thing. No button shows up. I saw a blue give some copy paste answer to someone to disable their addons and try again. Tried that have screenshots as well. Button doesnt show on my UI. It takes several days to farm for these damn visions. Fix your game Blizzard.
This just happened to me too. Ran it twice, no extra action button on my screen and my hotkey for my extra action button did not work either. Two Vials gone just like that due to Blizzards refusal to actually fix this issue which has been KNOWN since January…
It’s likely an addon doing it. A lot of addons that can move UI elements can bug out where they put the piece in some off the screen space. Try what Nerrus said:
Hey everybody! I just had the same issue and I fixed it and I now feel like an idiot lol. I jumped the gun and went into visions before completing a crucial quest with “mother” you have to activate the titan research panel first and activate the first ability in it… It is the one that gives you the three orbs in the visions… This wont help the people that the orbs are disappearing for, but maybe the rest of you skipped this step as well… Good luck to everybody!

This is Still a thing, how?? wasted time doing dailies for nothing. (ive completed all the prerequisite quest so that is not the issue been doing visions on this char for 2 weeks)
