I was in the SW vision and notice my Sanity Restoration Orbs button was missing, which made the run useless. I don’t use UI interface, so it should be above my bars.

I’m jumping in here to say that this happened to me as well. I got into the SW vision and the button was missing. I tired again and it was missing the second time as well. I don’t want waste anymore vials if this keeps on happening.
same thing happened to me wasted a vessel , no restoration orb on screen and f1 did nothing ,
not doing any more vision until this nonsense is fixed

I also just a bit ago. I have a macro for using special action button which also didn’t work.
Want to also report this. Just did a run. I used two sanity orbs perfectly fine. I wasn’t paying attention to when exactly, but when I had one orb left, the button disappeared and I was unable to use my last one.
Very frustrating
My sanity restoration orb is not showing in the Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar. No issues last week with Stormwind. I have disabled all addons and still not showing.
Definitely a bug. Happened tonight with my hunter alt. It was my second attempt since the Jan 28 reset where there was no interface option to click on for either run. I thought my UI addon was to blame at first, but others reported disabling addons and had the same issue persist. My advice is don’t run any more visions on those characters until a fix is announced.
I’ve had this issue since maintenance this past tuesday. I’ve used 3 vessels, all without the sanity orb showing up. I’ve tried macros, still nothing - the orb simply isn’t there. I’ve put in a ticket to resolve it, and the response I got was “I haven’t seen this issue dubplicated on 4 of my toons, so we’re not really looking into it.” R-E-A-L-L-Y?
I’ve re-opened my ticket, but this needs to be resolved, and not ignored Blizz.
Is there seriously a way to get this noticed and taken seriously? My rogue and my druid have this problem. My druid didn’t until the reset. I’ve 5 vessels I’m afraid of using because of bugs.
I just had the same problem twice in a row, went into visions, stood in one spot away from enemy’s fro about 20 seconds to see if i had a debuff or something that was stopping it from popping up too use, nothing. THIS IS SERIOUS, especially with how big corrupted gear is, it’s not something to shrug off BLIZZ.
Yup still bugged and what would normally be possible to get multiple pages per run is now one page per run without a boss kill. It was working before. How the heck did this get messed up going on two weeks now? Can you at least increase the number of Vessels of Horrific Visions we can carry or have unlimited amounts of Coalescing Visions until this gets fixed?

Week 2 and my druid appears to be to have no Sanity restoration orbs. Am hoping that Blizzard will at least acknowledge issue.
Having the same exact thing happen to me. Very frustrating, this patch is ridiculously buggy.
Just checking, but did you happen to drag the button to your bar? It works like the Garrison Ability and allows you to do this. As others asked, any bar addons? And lastly have you tried in a group of friends recently as they are shared others can use them if you don’t see them. Your friends can also help recover from a mistake as well.
Good I’m not the only one having this problem… it isn’t showing even while solo. It stopped working when I started on the right second tier of the buff stuff If that helps any to solve the problem and there’s no way to change out of the right side either to see if brings back the orbs
If this keeps happening I believe you can make your own new button for it with this macro:
#showtooltip sanity restoration orb
/cast Sanity Restoration Orb
and then put it on your bars for emergency use. You can only cast it out of combat anyway so it doesn’t need to be somewhere you can get to urgently.
If you’re using Dominos addon, be sure to check behind the UI/buttons as thats where mine was hidden.
