It’s not because the affix is that hard… it’s that for a tank, it’s so annoying to deal with in pugs, they just don’t play these weeks.
Queueing for M+ in sanguine weeks is a nightmare. Affixes shouldn’t be so negatively impactful that people would rather just take the week off than deal with them.
It also makes frost mage a pain

Have you seen the upcoming TWW affixes? lol
- Thorned
- Non-boss enemies without mana inflict Physical damage to their attackers when attacked, but take 10% increased Holy and Shadow damage.
I’m just not going to play during this week.
Maybe another way to put it, is if you’re not going to do anything to address low popularity of healing and tanking, please don’t add affixes that reduce them even further…
Think they figure if the game is unbearable to play we will all quit paving the way for them to say we learned our lesson heres a new game.
Is that the one where they drop pools of blood on the ground when they die?
I don’t understand. You don’t want to take a priest and/or Pally with you into that run?
Sounds like what that’s saying is any non-caster mob will simply take more damage from players using holy or shadow spells. Is that a bad thing? It encourages people to take all classes throughout the rotation.
Main reason I hate it since I like playing Frost the most.
Sanguine is annoying, sure (especially when an immovable mob starts an uninteruptable cast while in a puddle), but not unbearably so imo. Of the affixes they are keeping in TWW the only one I would actually like to see removed or changed is bursting, it’s incredibly frustrating to be forced to either reign in my AoE for a week (especially since cleave is a central part of my spec) or constantly watch the rest of the group die after big pulls.
Oh just wait till next season when enraged or necrotic ignore armor week comes.
Tbh that entire second bucket. I’d rather have the first bucket back and replace the second with the new passives.
