The Sandy Shalewing mount for sale by Cataclysm timewalking vendor Kiatke requires level 45 to learn while Broodling of Sinestra doesn’t. Seems like the items should be consistent and have no minimum level to learn (or level 10 if you must).

^ not an exhaustive list just a few examples.
Make them all level 10 already. Lots of mounts have antiquated level requirements making them unlearnable turning an “OMG YES!” moment of getting a rare mount into a frustrating disappointment.
Clean up this mess for the rest of timewalking events, look ahead to mop/wod/legion and fix all the level requirement issues there as well please blizzard.

Copper-Maned Quilen, Nightfall Skyreaver and Ur’zul Fleshripper purchased from TW vendors also has level requirement to add to your account. Guess I’ll just hoard badges since Blizzard doesn’t want 10-20s to spend them.

Albeit this is valid and needs addressed - you could also transfer the currency to another toon that has the level requirement.
This does absolutely nothing for RNG-based mount drops, though. Both aspects need to be addressed for current and future TW events.

Right, although currency transfers seem to be at your own risk these days given the reports of losses in this forum.
It wasn’t a huge deal for me to log onto a different character, but it seems like an unnecessary restriction.

Blizzard seems to have fixed this, checked on the TW vendor on Timeless Isle this week and Sandy Shalewing does not have the required level 45 message anymore. Anyone can buy it now if they have 5000 badges.
