The Sandshaped Dracthyr Battlegear set is still missing from the game. It’s the silver and gold appearance.
WoW Wiki says it was meant to be included with the Obsidian Dracthyr Battlegear ensemble bought from the Obsidian Citadel vendors but this is not the case. I bought it and only received the Obsidian Battlegear set.
The Sandshaped battlegear coloration is completely missing from the game and needs to be added to the Forbidden Reach Dracthyr Quartermaster.

This is just the shoulders. The entire set is bugged as unobtainable and needs to be readded.
