I like M+. Its the main content I engage in.
Something I think could improve M+ is having a system where, once we complete a key, it gives us another key we need rather than a random key. Ive had the last eight M+ keys swap back and for like this:
ML > PSF > ML > PSF > ML > PSF > ML > PSF
What about even allowing us to pick the key we need to aim for rather than making it all random? I’m not talking about picking the level, but rather the dungeon. Doing the same two dungeons over and over get exhausting and there’s no progress after a while. We want progression, not stagnancy.

Or just let us change our key to what we want. Make it cost valor stones or something. It won’t happen, but it’s fun to wish I suppose. They’ve made massive improvements to the system already (the resilient system is amazing for tinkering and preparing for higher keys), so I’m not gonna punch a gift horse in the mouth.
Not being able to pick the dungeon ensures that every dungeon gets ran.

That’s the assumption, but it doesn’t follow logically tbh. If people are pushing for IO, and they will, they’re going to run them all.
These seems to happen way too often for it to be random.
random includes patterns.
Perhaps you want it to be forced even distribution?
The same 2 dungeons on a loop isn’t random at all…
Randomness includes repeating the same 2 dungeons on a loop within enough variations. If you want safeguards to prevent repetition, that’s placing limits on randomness.

I love this idea. i think even just replacing keys with a delve tier system would be good so we can just choose what key and difficulty we want to play.
But this would be a good middle ground. Getting the same keys over and over is a mini-game of time wasting in of itself with no reward.
I’d love to see a Torghast queue console in the middle of the portal room. Simple.

I avoid workshop because the bosses are too hard
I was running some m+ with my friends the other day, so we were pushing our keys and after we finish a WS +13, we were able to changes our keys, the keys we have before changing is WS 13, WS 13, ML 13 , ML 13, Flood 13. Since we have those timed we decided to change all our keys to get something different n keys we need. It end up being DFC 13 x 4 + DFC 14 from the timed WS 13…
This 100% never happened.
this is a joke, right?
Workshop bosses are on the easier side compared to the others.
On higher keys they aren’t easy. First boss just about everything one shots. It is a pretty easy fight to tank but the movement is chaotic. Second boss is easy again on lower keys but higher up he starts to do a lot of damage especially the dispel and I have so many groups wipe here because one person messes up and everyone dies. A super punishing boss Third boss is chaotic and everything one shots. If you accidentally hit a blade or hit by a beam you die.
Fourth boss isn’t that hard but he’s complete RNG with timing of lasers and who he targets and when. Also the orbs that don’t have clear travel paths and again one shot
I think it has some of the hardest bosses and I get tired of wasting my time because groups disband
Honestly all they would need to do is put in a system check that doesn’t allow the key to turn into the previous key
Something like
ML → PSF → ML off limits because it’s the previous key
Even that simple change would keep variety in what keys you get. You’d have to do 3 keys before you could get a repeat key

Ummmm…what? Stack bosses, bait charge to wall, sidestep charge, move to hammer before armor cast. Rinse repeat. How is that chaotic?
I mean that it’s an easy fight to tank but as a DPS there’s too much to avoid
Okay, I may have misunderstood. You weren’t saying easy to tank but chaotic, you were saying easy for the tank and chaotic for the dps?

It’s all relative though, if you find Workshop too hard, the other keys will be even harder.
What would you rank as easier than Workshop as a key?
Motherlode maybe?
But that still leaves Workshop as second.
