Is she intended to be a dishonorable kill during the Bloodmoon event?

She wasn’t during the phases when the STV event was popular so I reckon it’s an oversight by the devs to not have addressed that.
That NPC is like a ticking bomb waiting to explose. I remember killing her all the time in P2 and now it sends a shiver down my spine whenever my STV group goes past her.
One of our group members tagged her by accident. I de-ranked to 12. Fortunately, I can still hit 14 in the same time frame it just added about 80k honor this week to catch back up.
However, Id rather not take the chance of it happening again so I guess ill be avoiding the event until it is addressed or I am done ranking.

Damn man lucky it doesn’t set you back in reaching R14.
But between the non announcing that R14 was farmable last week and this it feels like the devs don’t want us to rank.
