After faction changing from A to H when trying to use the crates and bags at my level 3 salvage yard, the game says “Requires Salvage Yard”.
Have contacted a GM and was told to report it here.
I have 74 crates & 12 bags that won’t open !!
Solved - once I did a H only quest outside the garrison it worked
