NPC Sal’salabim is stick in the inn, he is grey as if tagged by someone else. If you dialogue him to start a fight for “Patience and Understanding” quest, he will briefly engage, but then reset and still remain grey (tagged).
This bug still exists. Currently the same thing is happening on Ashkandi

This bug is still a problem on Ashkandi. This prevents a quest chain from continuing to a larger questline.

Same thing is happening on Heartseeker, cant get my dungeon tanking chest on my warrior without this quest.

When was June? 5 months ago? Good lord blizz it’s been that long and it’s still broken? Busted on Mankrik at the moment.

Figured out a workaround to this bug today.
It’s a tagging issue that can be bypassed by exploiting the layers.
Get an invite to a new layer and he will lose his tag and the quest will be able to be completed.
