Salhadaar Raid Skip Bugfix

With hotfixes that are now live, we’ve fixed an issue on Normal and Heroic difficulties that caused Salhadaar to respawn if the raid was soft-reset after killing him following the use of the raid skip.

For players who are currently affected by the bug, this fix will apply to you after your next soft-reset of Manaforge Omega.

Is a soft-reset the “reset all instances” button? Never seen the term before.

Guess we’ll never know.

I initially read this as “Four players who are currently affected by the bug” and thought that was extraordinary customer service.

How about you fix the nonsense where the waypoint is on the other side of the map?

Title of this thread sounds like mumble rap

A soft reset is when all party members leave the instance, and then come back in. This puts people out of combat, making mobs run back to their original places.

The term “soft reset” can also mean having all party/raid members leave the instance for at least 30 minutes. This causes any trash mobs that have been killed to respawn. The most common reason to do this (deliberately) is to reset a boss fight that bugged out part way through the encounter.

https://wowwiki-archive.fandom.com/wiki/Instance_reset probably pretty accurate. It’s WoW jargon.

So its not a commercial for bugspray?

Come to think of it, I think that’s where I heard the rap! The bug spray commercial!
