It looks like the ancient mount is gonna win. It’s gonna use the infernal mounts rig probably wont fly so it wont see use once we get flying.
At least the spelltome would have been a unique and the slimesaber would have been a nice addition with how popular the goo cats are.

this kind of contests are always the same specially with multiple choices like this one… it’s so hard to get some interesting mounts without being reskins of something…
I’m gonna wait for the wave of inevitable outrage posts to follow. Placing my money now that the majority of anger threads about the treant will be “It can’t fly” and “It’s to big and doesn’t fit in doors”.
I like the concept, reminds me of Merry and Pippin riding on Treebeard. But I personally wouldn’t use it much so I voted for the cat.
I wanted the nerubian swarmer but I’m guessing they will use the nazmir leeches skin for it and might end up worse but at least those can fly.

I have 0 interest on the contest, I voted for the swarmer because I’m curious and the description seems interesting but the way they re skins mounts in the game isnt giving me hope.

WoW really could use more non living objects as mounts, that’s why the book sounds amazing to have.
Honestly when I first heard about class mounts back in Legion I was super excited for the mage one because I thought it would be a spell tome of some kind.
Instead we got a manhole cover.
