Saddest questline goes to

2 quest that ‘moves’ me enough to shed a tear despite fel fire run in my veins - and coincidentally, both contains the word ‘locket’.

No. 2

Yes, Staghelm has always been a jerk to players and everyone else. But once you know what happened to his family - hard to not understand why he did what he did.

And No. 1

A painful reminder that while we are the world savior that gets grumpy over our artifact losing their powers - we are not alone when we faced the Legion, and many of those soldiers never made it back from that assault.

Double the hurt when you learned that your action decimated a women’s hope, and a family is never whole again.

I still cry when Zuni dies :sob:

Probably the one where you loose all of your artifact weapon abilities…

This and Pamela Redpath hit me right in the feels.

Broken Shore intro hit me in the feels pretty hard. Though Varian went out like a boss, we didnt have him long enough!
All hail the one true king. He deserved better than being Disenchanted into Magic Dust.

The one in Searing Gorge, where you have to bring toilet paper to the dwarf trapped in an outhouse.

Pretty damn sad.

Oh man, Ysera’s death never fails to make me tear up no matter how many times I see it. I did Val’sharah again on an alt the other night, and sure enough, my eyes welled up. Afterwards, I used https://www.wowhead.com/item=130170/tear-of-the-green-aspect to console myself :sob:

All too real.

I just had to massacre 25 Withered–the same Withered I’ve been working to cure for the past week–in order to get a hateful tailor in Suramar to teach me a new design. That felt pretty awful. :\

Also, the quest at Thunder Bluff where a Forsaken woman has you take a locket back to Silverpine Forest is pretty sad.
