Exactly, the people who had a difficult time in LFG overall I just feel are probably not being honest with themselves about why those attempts failed.
They probably tried over and over only to que with people above their own experience and never once with similar or lower than their own.

Very much This. I understand and sometimes appreciate the convenience of being able to just Queue. I also recognize that it brought a lot of players to pvp as an environment and I think it’s good for the game for that reason.
However, there are VERY real negative side effects of this, namely that toxicity goes up when solo queue is enabled.
Riot did a whole study with league and they found out that there’s significantly more toxicity in solo queue than flex or premade modes and toxicity is significantly more common the more lower rated you are.
I feel like wow is very much the same way and people would rather blame an excuse like boosters or deflation or XYZ balance or sweaty tryhards etc than just admit that they’re playing bad and need to improve.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve also had some negative lfg experiences, but at the end of the day those are people I wouldn’t want to play with anyways and I’m perfectly okay NOT playing with them. The vast majority of my lfg interactions have been positive or at the very least neutral, and this is with just the barest modicum of human decency and effort required from me XD
I’m not saying everyone of my lfg experiences was rainbows and unicorns, but I still have several of them on my btag even now.
Too many these days just don’t have the ability of introspection to figure out why they couldn’t succeed.

Pvp too hard, too much knowledge about specs, macros, add-ons, people can go so much further in pve without knowing the abilities of other specs, I didn’t even know I could macro my fear until some glad player told me lol

RSS players are all the casual who used to do 2s for cap in lfg, the random bg players, the wpvpers. They never were part of the 3s bracket.

Would you rather just WoW be a solo player game like Skyrim where you don’t interact with anybody? It’s an MMO & it’s getting ridiculous.
I like playing with my friends, I like doing arena with them regardless of some of them being multi-glads while others being 1400 players.
That is what WoW is about, solo/blitz pretty much bottleneck you into solo play that is super boring; you can’t play with friends in those modes.
I think you’ll see the opposite, if 2s/3s die or go away the PvP aspect of this game will go with it.

I personally think the PvP community did it to itself by gatekeeping rewards with their 15 year old cliques. Most people just want to play the game and not have to deal with politics and networking. It has nothing to do with turning the game into a single player. Not sure why you constantly repeat this.

Sounds like a you problem. 3s is dying and it has nothing to do with me. It’s because of the community and a change in time. If an old dinosaur like you can’t adapt, then you’ll just go extinct.
