Divine Purpose every time. Sacred strength just isn’t exciting, though I miss the days when getting a divine purpose proc meant your target was going to get whacked by back to back massive hits.
Having more opportunities to spend holy power spenders just has a lot of interactions with our gameplay loop and contributes far more than a little extra strength, so Divine Purpose is the clear winner. Plus, it’s just plain fun to have the ability to throw out a free ability, and doubly so when it happens to line up with Hammer of Light!
Divine Purpose for sure. You’ll never notice the tiny bit of extra damage/healing, but having an extra spender on deck sometimes can be pretty valuable. For Holy, it’s nice to have an extra strong, instant heal you can cast while moving and avoiding stuff, and gives you more leeway to maintain Relentless Inquisitor. For Ret, having an extra spender to feed into Crusade is much better than 2% damage. For Prot, it lets you sustain your maintenance defensive and build up another stack for a free WoG.
Extra spenders are great and interact with the kit of all specs. 2% damage/healing is ok but so boring and zero interaction.
Worth noting that for Prot, Divine Purpose-empowered Words of Glory cost no mana, so it’s a nice leg up in self sustain!
