New m+ changes made everything 10 levels higher so a 2 is equal to the old 12. Even though S3 was the easiest m+ season on record, S4 manages to be even easier than that.
And this is just week 1.

Just Uldaman and Neltharus
Every last patch of any expansion tends to be the most fun, maybe to just make it casual friendly or possibly to sell the next expansion more. Many people will stop playing wow until the last season to enjoy the game.
Some Tyrannical bosses are annoying because of the filling the room with puddles mechanics. Mainly the dragon bosses.
Was running 15s in S3. +2 in S4 has been harder in my experience so far.

Mostly raids though. Mythic dungeons got a 1% health and 0.25% damage nerf. Honestly not even sure why. Is that even a noticeable change?

I’m guessing that’s per key level but it might not be much of one no.
It feels harder to heal for me.
