That is interesting to have some numbers. I will keep my s3 tier set just in case arms doesn’t work out. I don’t want to play arms. I don’t like arms. I just like Ravager even less and the s4 set bonus is awful (both dps wise and because delaying BT isn’t fun gameplay for me). I am going to give arms a chance because I don’t see any better options.
I didn’t mind AM either when I still had access to Bladestorm. I think I used that setup during SL and was fine with it. DF S3 w/ RA lined up Recklessness, Avatar, TR, and my Might of the Ocean trinket (that I had for most of s3 and just recently replaced) on a 90 sec cd and I enjoyed that burst, so I wound up preferring RA in this specific situation. It’s nice when several CDs line up like that.
I would be more willing to give fury s4 a shot if it was viable to use OF instead of Ravager and TR instead of Spear. I still don’t like the s4 bonus itself though. The way things are now, I am glad that s3 outperforms s4.
