Priest gets a paladin set, and paladin gets a priest set? Paladins “thing” is literally wings and you have Priests out here looking like Tyrael from Diablo. Meanwhile Paladins have the ugliest, most bland set in the lineup with some gross baby blue puke colors and a robe from 2004 vanilla release while everyone else has the new style split robes.
It’s bizarre that the designers of these sets could put those next to each other and think, yeah that looks about right while every thread on the sets have people saying “why does priest have the paladin set”. The priest set looks like plate armor and the paladin set looks like cloth armor. Smh
Idk why it even surprises me at this point how far off blizzard is when it comes to these things

Every set besides Druid, Shaman, and Priest look like they are 4 expansions behind those three. The priest set literally belongs on a paladin… It literally has wings and has more plate on it than the paladin set. It’s 2023 lets get rid of the tube robes plz and ty.

Yes, Look at the robes on Priest, Druid, and Shaman. Paladins are wearing 2D tube robes like we are still in tier 2 vanilla circa 2004. The paladin set is bland, the colors are horrible, and those robes are outdated. If anything, Paladins should have the priest set and the paladin set should be thrown in the trash…

Looks fine to me. Doesn’t look bland. Would look cooler if WoW wasn’t so old and has cloth physics I get it, but I still like it. This is definitely a matter of opinions.

Yeah, whoever designed the paladin set should have cheated off the homework of the person designing the priest set… really excited for the rework, not excited about how shafted we are getting on the gear sets…
When my eyes landed on the priest set my first thought was “daaaamn the paladin set looks awesome… like a reimagined Judgement” and boy was my face red. Then I see the bland unseasoned turd of a set paladins actually get. Looks like someone’s first attempt at 3D printing… like an unpainted Warhammer figure and I can’t quite tell what it is at first glance. I have never commented about how I feel about a tier set before because art is subjective, but I can’t stay quiet about this one. I just wish it had a racist helm or something so blizz would change it.

Seriously though, I mean I know people are all like “oh let priests have a win its selfish to say paladins should have their set”. I get it, but when you have THAT paladin set sitting right next to it, it’s a slap in the face. The paladin set is just absolute garbage and should be redone, along with several others. It really is like a 2023 version of Judgement and for some reason they thought it belonged on priest instead of paladins.

Yeah I understand they have overlapping themes, but again, the paladin set is just trash so its salt in the wound. You can see the huge disparity in effort put into the different class tier sets. Some of them are just so bad in comparison to the others.

I know. But the challenge tier paladin in mop its really sick. And the priest challenge suck. So… its time to priest.
Priests didn’t get a Paladin set… Priests literally use the light and have wings as well, and I’m pretty sure Anduin wore plate armour for several expansions now.
That set looks perfect for Priests.

I don’t hate the paladin set but if you didn’t tell me which set was which I definitely would have thought the paladin and priests sets were reversed.
The paladin set really does look like a priest set and vice versa.
Damn my disappointment is profound upon finding out what I thought was the paladin set isn’t.

Priests have wings based on spirit of redemption in WoW. They literally have an ability called spirit of redemption that turns them into that form.
Paladins have had tyrael as a theme every now and then. It’s very odd that kind of design would be priest and not paladin.
I’m not saying priest needs to lose anything, I’m just saying priest shouldn’t have multiple different angel themes (tyrael/Diablo imperius/spirit of redemption) while paladin has had sets/armor based off of tyrael.
I am glad the priest set is good but it looks like plate. Priest and paladin should both have wings, but they should both be different in theme. Not sure why priest only gets wings when paladin is iconic in WoW for avenging wrath.
To be clear again, I’m not saying priest should lose that set. More so I’m disappointed with the paladin set and how bland it looks in comparison and I question why paladin doesn’t get wings designed on a tier set while having one of the more iconic abilities in WoW avenging wrath, which is wings.
It is possible the priest set is a mythic variant and the paladin set is a normal/heroic variant but who knows.

The Priest set has the same exact color scheme of a Paladin set, the Paladin set has the color scheme of a Priest set.
Nobody can look at the Priest set and say… yep, doesn’t look like a Paladin set, nope sir-e… without becoming a liar!
The Paladin version looks like it’s part of some blue outdoor set-gear. lol
