I think I’m unlikely to play one… If they make it so I can have more metal parts than currently I likely would. (full head mostly)

I would if I didn’t have to do stuff I don’t feel like doing to unlock them. Mechagon is a fine zone and all, but I play horde 99% of the time and Pathfinder used up all my motivation to do anything there.

Was ready to play one if tinkers became a thing. I’m glad they added them, some people are super gung ho about playing one but I don’t see how they fit my closet of alts.
I’m also not playing a vulpera though, I wasn’t enthused about them in the slightest, and the lack of alpaca mounts just makes them even less appealing, so…this round of allied races is a big ole meh from me.
I really wanted the sethrak.

It is not as if there is anything in the alliance that deserves more effort or concern to create something remarkable as vulpera.
Even though they are few, it is not as if this caused any damage to Blizzard as Edsel did to Ford or how New Coke 1985 caused to Coca-Cola.
The loss of prestige they ( Junkgnomes ) will bring will only bring more ostracism to the Alliance.
It’s not like this was a problem for the Devs that part of the product they created is being ignored by the public.

I’d rather play a mechagnome than a furry. Strong racial and it would give me an Alliance character with a natural aptitude for engineering and strong headcanon for personal lore.

Because they’re jealous of the new overlords of Azeroth. They’ll be the masters now.
Because Junkgnomes are not a new race.
They are a joke.
They are a group of mutilating gnomes, have no visibility in BfA, because they are something completely filler and their existence has no importance and because they do not bring any credibility to the alliance.
Junkgnome is a choice of devs, made to cater to the whims of devs and not something that is of value to Ally.
Something done with the intention of pleasing ally’s audience.
Junkgnomes are so stupid that devs try to sell their product by adding to them, racial that they didn’t even bother to give other allied races, so they would at least be considered interesting or as popular as they are today.
The Devs might have made a new race and not even bothered to make racials to bribe players’ interest, but they preferred another joke of the same suit as the kultirans and purple blood elves.
