Anyone know if you can get the rustfeather mount pre 120? 100?
If you can get there and are able loot the azerite shard it drops…maybe.
I can get there, and it seems to drop all regular loot, but the rare portrait doesn’t show up. Ive heard a few reports of it dropping pre 120, but i wanna be sure so i dont waste like hours of my time
Your better of leveling to 120 and parking your alts there. The respawn timer is like 30 min. And it has a low drop rate and no bad luck protection.
I have like 10 lvl 100s, but i just don’t wanna have to lvl through legion and BFA just for the mount, especially since next expansion it will all be for nothing anyway
Can you loot the chests pre-120? If not, you might not be eligible to loot anything special the rares in the zone drop. Since all that stuff counts as daily quest and those usually have level requirements.
from the one test i did, i got two blue, pascal k1n6 things, some azerite, and a few other things, i didn’t try a chest though
The next expansion is at least year out. How is it all for nothing? Good grief just play the game and hit 120.

Well, if you’re getting the crafting quest items, then you should probably be able to get the mount.
I would lvl them to 120, but thats like, at least a month of effort to go though all of BFA and legion lvling, doing the same lvling zones 10 times, to have alts i wouldn’t really play, only to have lvling revamp within the year. when i could just use my low lvl characters instead
Just for clarity for people who may find this later or something–the chance at the mount is on a daily loot lockout, so killing it all the time won’t work.

Yep. I got it on this character when she was 115.
Yes, though you can’t see them on the minimap.
They give quite a decent chunk of XP, as well. Odd to me.
30 min respawn on daily lockout, parking alts there. Not on the same character lol. Yes didn’t think of mentioning the daily lockout to loot. It’s not intuitive.
i’ve never seen anyone under 120 on mechagon.
Maybe try leveling through the classic Alterac Valley. I leveled from 110-120 in 4 hours

You will waste hours of your time regardless of level or faction trying to get that mount.

LOL, OP you will waste countless hours on extreme RNG, but can’t be bothered to level toons that actually wont take even a few days for toon at this point to max out. And its been pointed out even faster ways that it will only take a couple hours per toon to max them out. Which is what it will take to do the same when 9.0 hits and the catch up mechanic for all the alts happen with the invasion that is planned.
Yes I plan to take what ever toons out of my 50 that I do not by that time have at level 120 on all 3 of my accounts and speed level them to 120, or to level 50, because I bet they will already hit us with the squash with the drop of patch 9.0.
No need to be rude. Not everybody levels that fast.

You currently dont have to level through Legion or Bfa to max a toon. The Anniversary AV is bumping chars from 100-120 in less than two days.

Go to the Korrak/AV BG and get it done insanely fast. I took my mage from 112 to almost 116 in one BG.
