So now officially have done everything for BFA Flying except for Rustbolt and that is at 46%. I’m Horde btw.
I have rustbolt contract and Faire buff. I have done all yellow ! Quests on the island and do the dailies of course.
Is there anything I am missing? Some dungeons give rep? If so which and how often? Anything else?

Just do the big WQ there everyday man. It’s like ~1k rep per day with the buff, maybe a little lower. You’ll get it eventually.
You can continuously farm junkyard for rep if you’d like. As a group of DH, Protection Paladin, guardian druid and monk, was able to cap rustbolt rep in just 5 hours on my DH.
I had the added advantage of buying those rep tokens since my Paladin was capped.
Still something you can do though.
Pet Battles and Kill rares
Did u do all the quest including the one u need to kill King Mechagon in the dungeon?
Wait. What? I just need a group of 5 and do junkyard over and over? And that gives rep each time? Normal and Heroic? Myth?
Oh my bad, the junkyard itself in the map. You can hand in the items for rep and the mobs respawn quick.
They were strong last patch so it used to be a challenge but now they just melt.
Confused. What do I hand in to who? And you mean on the island?
The recycling part. After doing the first quest you can repeat it.
I will have to double if it’s repeatable though as it’s been sometime since I did it.
Ahh yeah. You got me so excited!! But alas, it’s only once daily.
Doh well.
The pet battle guys give rep I believe. If I remember correctly each one drops an item you can turn in first time around.
I can’t swear to it but I think killing the rares also give some rep.
If you really don’t value your time, you can squeeze an extra 25 rep out of each of the hidden fish
