Please clean up the bots Blizz! Rust Storm 2020!

If you sign a contract with blizzard stating that for every bot they ban you will pay that bots sub, they might actually try to ban them

It’s a damn shame!
Bots destroy the long term profitability of an MMO, look at what happened to Runescape, they had to literally reboot the game using a 2006 version to make the players come back.

It was rampant in Diablo II: LOD as well…hell I’d imagine it still is!
Yup, the ladder reset that happens every 6 month was last Friday.
They have bots that auto level from lvl 1 now. It’s so bad that the servers are unstables and people lost a few hour of progression a couple times that weekend.
Even yesterday after they increased server capacity to meet demand we still have queues to make games lol… instead of just banning the bots.
Blizzard is a joke/meme company now

That’s so sad man—Diablo II: LOD will always be one of my favorite games.

Oh yeah botting is beyond crazy still in d2 . Ladder reset June 5th 2020 and people had problem making games due to crazy amounts of bots.

I mean, I doubt D2 is a big money maker now…but it’s sad that they would still let it ruin the integrity of their game…

At least duping and bugged items aren’t a thing in WoW…or at least I haven’t personally heard of them. I know there was a rollback dupe that existed WAY back in Vanilla—haven’t heard of it since though.
