ive been looking all over but i cant seem to find anything on it which one should i use?
Depends on what content you are doing: in raid you take rushing wind kick for the renewing mist amp and the ability to use rising mist at range, in m+ you take teaching for the extra healing (even you don’t fistweave the healing from jade empowerment is too good to pass on), in pvp you can probably use either kick for the damage at range or at to convert je into healing
