For starters I know a very long standing bug has been that Tea of Plenty doesn’t actually give you more Rushing Wind Kicks if it rolls those two, as your thunder focus tea’s empowerment and the TOP talent are both consumed if you use it. However I feel as though Rushing Wind Kick doesn’t actually contribute vitality, it’s doing most of my damage by far and yet whenever I pop Zen Focus Tea I get very little empowered healing? Also I read someone saying the damage from vitality is not working either.
