Its hyper inflating MW healing in raid. When tea of plenty procs on RWK, it is not consuming the tea charges leading to an unlimited number of kicks while you have the tea buff.
This tea of plenty bug was hotfixed 3 days ago. This did create a new bug where rushing wind kick will now consume both thunder focus tea and tea of plenty buffs simultaneously. This also extends to rising sun kick itself.

The patch wasn’t 3 days ago it was on the 31st. Logged in to test the new bug and its awful.
It was the 28th.
