Running Interference - World Quest for Alliance in Vol'Dun is bugged out.
The quest encounter will not start. Arcanist Elleryn keeps channeling her beam into the floating force field thing. The horde NPCs never spawn.
Same here. Many people here trying to start it but nothing is happening.
Still bugged.
