Nothing but running… all day long… everywhere, all the time. It’s like we’re training for a marathon and not actually trying to adventure. We spend more time running from spot to spot than doing quests or role-playing or anything remotely interesting. Just… running. How dull.

Why not just play a lobby game? Seriously if a WORLD is offensive why play a game with a persistent world? Doesn’t Diabolic give you dungeons with no world?

Or, why not have a world where running doesn’t constitute the bulk of gameplay for the first 2/3rds of leveling? Maybe that’s why the devs decided they needed to improve the game to start with. Hey, it’s your time, feel free spending it running up and down roads for most of your gametime. As for me, I’d rather do something else, like fight mobs or find hidden items or anything questy. Maybe one day they’ll have quests where all you do is run from one point to another. Oh wait, Classic is full of those. (FedEx quests, anyone?) It’s a joke. I did my Classic time with BC. Those of you nostalgia-ists, have a good time running.

Overland running is a staple of the fantasy genre. Going on a quest isn’t supposed to be like getting on a crowded urban bus.
It sound like you want to warp from loot box to loot box, which begs the question, WHY play a MMORPG when there are plenty of lobby dungeon crawl games?
Then go back to retail. Play what you want.

have you heard of the keybind called autorun? so you can press that and alt tab out while youre on your way somewhere? I personally like running though as the world feels 10x bigger and like an actual world. but thats just me.

OP is a babby smooth skin with no muscles and not used to working out. Classic is how you get the muscles baby /flex.
Do you guys know that if you toggle and toggle back when running, it auto-runs for you? Just set it on a straight line and you can watch videos or use the bathroom while running.
Of course, if you’re on a PvP server that’s more of a problem.
