Running DF at launch

I am curious if anyone else plans to run/quest/RP Dragonflight while most players are focused on TWW during the first few weeks. As always there are several bugs that occur upon launch so i usually wait until its all been tweaked and fixed.

While everyone is rushing through TWW, i intend to run DF from start to finish and explore it in peace. Without 20k people in my way. Valdrakken will be a ghost town of course but it makes for some great RP fun without other people butting in.

I don’t play for achieves or first come first serve nonsense since its all digital. But i do love to play/experience the story and not be a race.

Not having to wait for mobs/etc to respawn after someone else kills. Not having to listen to constant spam about armor/gear/upgrades etc. Not fighting troll bots for deposits/herbs/etc.

I expect that even at level 70 doing DF quests will increase 2-4 levels. But again its no rush to do TWW for empty bragging rights. I want to experience each addon for the story no different than if i were playing a solo RPG or with a group of likeminded players.

When in doubt there’s always other things to do. Stuff to collect, pets to battle, and so on. My time with remix gave me plenty of alts to play with as well.

I was planning on doing this too, seen so much at start of new content, rather have peace XD

If you’ve ever done an expansion release you know the dance by now. I’m ready to be proven wrong with a smile on my face, but we’ve been friends with the queue for too long.
