Why do no abilities say anything about Runic Power?
Am I missing something?
Obliterate generates 25 runic power, but that is not shown anywhere.
They stopped showing a lot of data to the players. Dont really know why either.
It’s so weird to me. I don’t get it.
Why is there so much information missing from spells/abilities/talents?
I mean hell, things just say “have a chance to X/y” - It’s not even gracious enough to say “has a 15% chance to…” or “Approximately 2.5 procs per minute.”
Who is in charge of this stuff?
I dont know if they really gave information on runic power generation though. Basic rule of thumb is 10 rp per rune + whatever talents give RP.
KM doesnt show % per auto attack (ppm proc type that gives % per auto attack which was about 20% for 1h weapons and 30% for 2h).
