My Character Iamshatner-Black Dragonflight has acquired 704 item level in every slot ( I have DISC belt equipped because it is better than a 704 belt that I have and have equipped) I have had a ticket open with several responses, the last one being they can’t do anything about it. Has anyone else on a Death Knight encountered this issue? Anything to work around it. I have tried re-equipping everything, changing specs and obviously relogging.

You were told in your last post on the matter that the item needs to be one for your class. A mail belt does not count for the achievement on a dk; it has to be plate.
Get a plate belt ilevel 704 or better and see if you don’t get the achievement.
